The results are in! Listening to our customers’ feedback is an important part of our culture. Feedback is gathered continually from our customers, but we believe it is key to send out a survey annually to our customers. This process allows us to keep a pulse on our relationships, specifically learning what we are doing well and equally as important where we can do better.

Reynolds Services, Inc. maintains an excellent recommendation rating by our customers in 2019. The annual survey looks into several areas of our business but specific to this post we will focus on the question – “Would you recommend RSI as a suppler of Tin Mill Products.” We are excited to report in the area of Tin Mill Products we received a 94% recommendation rating, and in the area of Flat Rolled Steel products, RSI received a 91% recommendation rating.
