Greenville, Pennsylvania, USA January 1, 2020 – Metal Litho and Laminating, LLC, a subsidiary of Reynolds Services, Inc., is excited to announce that its Greenville independent metal decorating facility is rebranding as RSI Metal Litho Greenville effective immediately.
A little over 30 years ago, our founder F. John Frangakis dreamed of building a metal service center synonymous with service and dependability. Shortly thereafter, Reynolds Services, Inc. (RSI) was born in Greenville, PA providing the market with unparalleled goods and services. It did not take long before RSI’s reputation grew into a brand that customers immediately equated with reliability and value.
With the acquisition of our own lithography site in 2017, our team has been diligently developing a decorating facility with F. Johns’ vision as our driving focus. In the past three (3) years we have invested heavily in our quality processes and worked with our stakeholders to change the culture and the environment. As a result of our efforts, the Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce awarded our lithography operation the 2018 Phoenix Award for Growth, this award recognizes and honors the “best and brightest in our business community”.
In 2018 our software development team, Cross IT, was awarded the “Excellence in Design” by Claris, a subsidiary of Apple, for their custom iOS and desktop production and inventory management solution. This software allows us to manage production scheduling, inventory, and production documentation in real-time, tailored to our market and most importantly our customers’ requirements at our lithography operation.
Our lithography operation continued its pursuit of distinction in the industry by becoming the first Spec-Metrix Certified facility in the United States. Spec-Metrix has recognized our commitment to quality and advancement by utilizing cutting-edge technology on all production lines and in our lab. We continue to steadily advance the site ahead of its peers in the metal decorating industry.
Most recently in 2019, an award for Excellence in Quality was presented to our lithography operations by the International Metal Decorating and Packaging Association. The mission of the IMDPA’s competition is to “honor outstanding companies who have made exceptional quality and precise consistency their mission in the pursuit of decorating & packaging excellence”. Another acknowledgement of our commitment to excellence as the award is judged by industry leaders and colleagues.
While we continually strive to achieve F. John’s vision, we feel that the lithography center is ready for the next step in its transformation. We are very proud to announce that the lithography operation has joined the RSI brand of companies as RSI Metal Litho Greenville (RMLG) as of January 1, 2020. The addition of the RMLG metal decorating facility to the Reynolds Services, Inc. portfolio takes one more step in completing the goal of building a high-quality, fully-integrated metal service center for the metal packaging industry. RSI Metal Litho Greenville looks forward to continuing our growth through advancements, strategic industry developments and market changing quality.
